LOCATION - We have two locations in Coquitlam, so please ensure you are booking your appointment at the correct location.
PARKING - We offer underground parking at both locations. Please call the front desk at 604-704-3046 to arrange access.
WAIT LIST - If you do not see a time that works for you, please give us a call and we can add you to our waiting list in case there was any cancelations.
DIRECT BILLLING - We offer direct billing to most insurance provider for our patient convenience. If you are unsure of your coverage, please contact your extended health provider prior to your appointment or give us a call to check your coverage for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY - 24-HOURS NOTICE is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. There is a full charge for late cancellation/no-show fee when an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24-hours notice. When booking appointments we require all patients to provide their credit card information. Our staff does not have access to your credit card information and your credit card will not be charged without verbal or written notification.
ICBC PATIENTS - We are an ICBC Recovery Treatment Provider and directly bill ICBC. Please contact us with your claim number & date of accident and we can provide you with all the eligible free treatment options.
WorkSafe BC PATIENTS - We are an WSBC Physiotherapy Provider and directly bill WSBC. Please contact us with your claim number & date of injury and we can provide you with all the necessary information.
